What We'll Do At Your Event

Standard ServiceOur standard service includes all the essentials you'll need for an amazing party. It's designed to minimise costs by including everything you'll need for a 'normal' size wedding or party. • Arrive from 6pm, set up by 7.30pm |

Questions or concerns
Once you’ve decided we’re the right band for you, you can rest assured that your entertainment is in good hands. We’ll be in touch around 3 weeks before the big day to finalise the details, timings, song choices and any other queries you may have. In the run up to your event, you’ll have a dedicated event coordinator from our agency Alive Network who will be more than happy to liaise with you on any issues, questions or concerns.
At Your Event
Arrival, Setup & SoundcheckYou should expect us to arrive at your venue at 6pm sharp. We'll promptly find out where we're performing and begin to load in and set uo our equipment. This can take upto 90mins. Once we're all set, we'll do a full volume sound check, which involves playing through a track until we're happy we sound amazing in your venue. This can take 5-15mins. |
After the SoundcheckAfter the soundcheck we will have some time to psych-overselves up, eat and get changed into our stage outfit. Please provide us with a lockable room (not the toilet please!) just so we can be out of your way before and between our live sets. We can leave a playlist playing over our PA if you wish. |
First Live SetOur first live 60 minute set usually kicks off between the times of 8-9pm. There will be a short break after the first set (to give you time to catch your breath!). |
Second Live Set & End of the NightAfter the interval, it's time for us to welcome you & your guests back to the dance floor for our final 60 minutes of live music. This usually begins between 9:30-11pm. If we finish before midnight, we can continue to pump music through our PA until the agreed finish time. Then we will pack up, which takes about 1 hour. |
